Privacy
Your information, handled plainly.
This policy covers vorsalogic.com. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use analytics to understand how the site is used, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
The contact form. When you write to us we receive what you typed: your name, work email, optional company and phone, and your message. We store it in our CRM (HubSpot) so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. That's the only purpose.
Analytics. We use two tools to understand site traffic. Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-less and aggregate. HubSpot, our CRM, also provides visit analytics and sets a cookie so that a later inquiry can be connected to the visit it came from. Neither is sold or used for third-party advertising.
Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person, not a bot. It does this without ad profiling.
What we don't do
- No third-party ad networks, no advertising trackers.
- No selling, renting, or sharing your information with anyone outside the tools named above.
- No marketing lists you didn't ask to join: writing to us doesn't subscribe you to anything.
Your choices
Cookies. Use the Accept or Decline buttons in the cookie notice to set your preference. Declining turns off HubSpot's tracking cookies; our cookie-less analytics is unaffected. You can change your mind anytime with the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Your data. Want to know what we have, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Send us a request through our contact form and we'll take care of it.
The QuickBooks Online Finance Connector
This section covers the Vorsa Logic Finance Connector, an internal application that connects Vorsa Logic's own QuickBooks Online company to authorized Vorsa Logic company administrators through an MCP-compatible AI assistant such as OpenAI Codex or Anthropic Claude (the "Connector"). It is a private, internal tool for Vorsa Logic, LLC. It is not offered to the public, to site visitors, or to unrelated QuickBooks Online companies. Nothing in this section changes how we handle information you send us through this website.
What the Connector handles. When an authorized QuickBooks Online company administrator connects the Connector, it may process:
- OAuth and connection information supplied by Intuit, including the QuickBooks company identifier, realm identifier, access tokens, and refresh tokens;
- QuickBooks Online accounting information needed for an authorized request, including customers, vendors, accounts, classes, invoices, purchases and expenses, payments, reports, transaction details, and related metadata; and
- files intentionally supplied for upload as QuickBooks Online attachments, such as receipts, bank statements, or credit-card statements.
The Connector uses Intuit's QuickBooks Online Accounting API with read and write access. It does not request or use Intuit's Payments API.
How that information is used. Vorsa Logic uses this information only to operate internal accounting workflows requested by an authorized Vorsa Logic administrator, including reading records, preparing reports, creating or updating accounting records, and managing permitted attachments. The Connector does not sell QuickBooks data, use it for advertising, or make it available to unrelated customers. QuickBooks data is not used to train AI models.
AI assistants. An authorized administrator may direct the Connector through an AI assistant. In that case, the relevant request and response data may be processed by the selected assistant provider (for example, OpenAI or Anthropic) under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Vorsa Logic does not ask those providers to use Vorsa Logic's QuickBooks data for advertising or unrelated purposes. Administrators use only approved assistant accounts and review results before making material accounting changes.
Storage and retention. The Connector is designed to retrieve QuickBooks data when requested rather than maintain a separate accounting database. OAuth refresh credentials are stored in the local server's protected environment configuration so the authorized connection can continue working. Error messages may be written to local process logs for troubleshooting; the Connector is not intended to log complete QuickBooks records. Vorsa Logic retains connection credentials only while the internal connection is needed, unless a longer period is required for security, audit, or legal purposes. An administrator can disconnect the app in QuickBooks Online and remove the local credentials. AI assistant conversation history and provider-side retention are controlled by the approved assistant provider's settings and policies.
Sharing. QuickBooks data is shared only with Intuit, as necessary to authenticate and use QuickBooks Online; the approved AI assistant provider selected by the administrator, when the administrator asks the assistant to process the data; and infrastructure providers used to operate the Connector or its public OAuth callback, such as Tailscale Funnel, only as necessary to transmit the authorization request and callback. Vorsa Logic does not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.
Security. Client credentials are kept outside source code and are not intended to be displayed in browser pages or assistant responses. Access to the Connector and the connected QuickBooks company is limited to authorized Vorsa Logic administrators. No security measure is perfect; Vorsa Logic will investigate suspected unauthorized access and take reasonable steps to contain, remediate, and notify affected parties where required by law.
Choices and requests. An authorized administrator can revoke the Connector's access from QuickBooks Online, remove the local connection credentials, or request information about Connector-held connection data. Anyone can reach us about the Connector through our contact form, or by mail:
